The Challenge
360 Indicator is a consultancy specializing in courses and workshops in team and leadership development, customer and sales support, and personalized coaching sessions, including the Enneagram Type Indicator. Selling one’s time is a perpetual challenge for consultants, and 360 Indicator sought an efficient tool to deliver enhanced value to customers without a significant investment in an extra labor force.
The Solution
360 Indicator utilizes Minders to extend learning from courses and ensure seamless integration into participants’ daily workflows. An example was during a course for Ishøj Municipality, which included pre-workshop learning moments facilitated by the Minders platform, utilizing the solution as a “virtual facilitator” during workshops to capture reflections and aid in subsequent learning through paired buddy groups.
